This new design from Gevril was inspired by one of the oldest streets in America.
Manhattan’s historic Washington Street first appeared on maps as early as 1797. With spectacular views of Manhattan Bridge and proximity to the famous Fulton Fish Market, the World Trade Center, and the innovative High Line linear park, the street has long been a focal point of activity in Lower Manhattan. To celebrate this historic area, Gevril created a timepiece worthy of the Washington name.

The 47 mm Gevril Washington joins the prestigious Gevril New York collection with a classically inspired design featuring elegant Roman numbers and graceful blued Breguet hands. A solid brass dial is decorated with a detailed engraving of modern day Washington Street with the Manhattan Bridge in the distance.

An outline of the Manhattan Bridge also adorns the second hand. Completing the inspired design is a sixty-minute scale on the chapter ring and a clever porthole at 6 o’clock that provides an enlarged view of the convenient date window.
