The importance of this annual event was not lost on Haurex. Although the company is only 24 years old, co-founders Maurizio Bianchini and Giuseppe La Guisa quickly learned the importance of international exposure. Haurex began exhibiting its watches at Baselworld in 2000 and is now distributing the brand in over 40 different countries worldwide, including distribution in the United States by the Gevril Group.
At this year’s fair, Haurex watches will be proximately displayed in The Brand Name Gallery. This gallery, located in the fair’s prestigious Grand Hall, is the fair’s centerpiece and will showcase 100 of the world’s leading brands. With a display pavilion right next to the popular Wine Cellar, the Haurex 2011 line is expected to garner a lot of attention.
The importance of fashion in the watch industry will be a general theme of this year’s Hong Kong Watch and Clock Fair, providing Haurex with a fabulous opportunity to showcase its fashion-forward and extremely wearable designs. With exciting new designs like the dramatic plasteramic Ladies Quartz Analog and the Unisex Analog Double-Time Watch, Haurex expects to be among the 80% of exhibitors who receive new orders during this important show.
