When King Frederick III of Denmark granted the Coat of Arms of
Copenhagen in 1661, he also granted the citizens of Copenhagen the same rights to own property as the Danish nobility.

Streur, Denmark is home to Bang&Olufsen. This internationally acclaimed radio and TV manufacturer has not only won countless design awards for its strikingly modern products, it also employs a full third of Streur’s entire population. With a population of only 10,500 people, many would consider Streur a small town. Nothing could be further from the truth. In the world of electronics and modernist design, this small Danish city has influenced the entire world.
It is fitting that this Danish manufacturing city and railroad hub was the inspiration for one of the cleanest, most refined designs that Johan Eric has ever produced. The durable 316L stainless steel case is available with a variety of attractive finish options, including a striking IP plated black model with matching black dial.
